Dr. Fletcher Morgan, CEO & Director
Fletcher is an experienced mining executive with roles in junior mining companies for over 12 years including previous roles with Skeena Resources and QuestEx Gold & Copper. His current roles are CEO and Director of TDG Gold Corp. (since 2020) and Chair of Coast Copper Corp. (since 2021). His masters degree is in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, UK.
Dan O’Brien, CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Dan is an experienced Chief Financial Officer of mineral exploration companies trading on the TSX and TSX Venture stock exhanges. He is a current member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia having obtained his CA designation in 2006. Dan previously spent 8 years with Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.
Paul Geddes, P.Geo., SVP Business Development & Strategy
Mr. Geddes has more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and resource development in precious and base metals. His career spans greenfield discovery through to advanced-stage resource definition and expansion. Mr. Geddes has held progressively senior technical and leadership roles with both major and junior mining companies, including Noranda Mining and Exploration, Teck Exploration, INCO Technical Services, North American Palladium, Rainy River Resources, Osisko Development, and most recently, Senior Vice President, Exploration and Resource Development at Skeena Gold + Silver.
In 2023, he and his team were awarded the A.O. Dufresne Exploration Achievement Award for exploration success and resource growth at the Eskay Creek gold-silver project in British Columbia.
Christy Smith, B.NS, MBA, VP Sustainability
Christy is a member of the K’ómoks First Nation, she brings more than 26 years of experience supporting Indigenous engagement and relationship-based project development across British Columbia and northern Canada resulting in reduction of risk to project timelines. She specializes in working within the consultation requirements for permitting and Environmental Assessment processes. Christy is recognized for her ability to navigate complex issues involving Indigenous rights and interests, commercial commitments, and project decision-making with fairness, credibility, and respect. She is also the author of Weaving Two Worlds: Economic Reconciliation Between Indigenous Peoples and the Resource Sector.
Steven Kramar, MSc., P.Geo., Senior VP Exploration
Steven has over 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration and resource development industry. He has served in Project and Senior Geologist roles for junior mining companies operating in Yukon, Alaska and Western Canada, in the base and precious metal space. He holds a BSc. from University of Alberta, and an MSc. (Geology) from Acadia University. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists, British Columbia.
