Michael Kosowan, P.Eng, Chair & Director

Michael is an industry expert with over 20 years experience in junior mining. He is a qualified mining engineer and has worked as a project engineer for a number of mining companies including Falconbridge, Placer Dome and Inco. From 2000, Michael led financings in the USA and Canada through his work with Sprott Private Wealth and Sprott Global Resources Inc. Since 2017, Michael has worked with junior mining issuers as a principal, director and officer including his current ongoing involvement with Torq Resources Inc. as a director and VP of Capital Markets

Stephen Quin, P. Geo, Director

Stephen is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, with a B.Sc. in Mining Geology, a Professional Geoscientist in BC and has more than 40 years’ experience in all facets of the mining industry from exploration to operations, as well as capital markets. He is the former CEO and President of Midas Gold, former President and COO of Capstone Mining, was President & CEO of Sherwood Copper and Executive Vice President of Miramar Mining Corp. and Northern Orion Explorations. He currently serves as a non-executive director of Bravo Mining Corp., Kutcho Copper Corp. and West Vault Mining Inc.

Grace Marosits, CPA, CA, Director

Grace previously served as Chief Financial Officer of NexGen Energy Ltd., where she oversaw all
financial operations as the company grew and advanced from the TSXV to the TSX and NYSE. She offers strong expertise in financial management, governance, internal controls, and corporate reporting and will Chair TDG’s Audit Committee.

Adrian Newton, P. Geo, Director (Skeena Gold & Silver nominee)

Adrian is currently VP Exploration for Skeena Gold & Silver having joined their exploration team in 2019. He has over 21 years of precious metals focused international experience working with junior exploration through to major mining companies.

Dr. Fletcher Morgan, CEO & Director

Fletcher is an experienced mining executive with roles in junior mining companies for over 13 years including previous roles with Skeena Resources and QuestEx Gold & Copper. His current roles are CEO and Director of TDG Gold Corp. (since 2020) and Chair of Coast Copper Corp. (since 2021). His masters degree is in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, UK.
