TDG Gold Corp. is a major holder of mineral claims, mining leases and crown grants in two former producing, copper-gold-silver mining districts of British Columbia.
- In the Toodoggone District, TDG holds ~50,000 hectares of highly prospective brownfield and greenfield exploration claims under direct ownership.
- In July 2025, TDG completed the Anyox Copper Ltd. which holds over 10,000 hectares of crown grants (100% owned and under option) and mineral claims in the former producing Anyox mining district.

On October 19th, 2022, TDG announced the extension of the Mets mining lease for 30-years with support of local communities.
On May 17th, 2022, TDG published an initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate for its Shasta project.
Phase One exploration completed including 8,048 metres of oriented diamond drilling at Shasta.
Also on December 11th 2020, TDG completed its amalgamation with Kismet Resources Corp. as a way to achieve a public listing for TDG on the TSX Venture Exchange. TDG began trading on December 17th 2020 under the ticker “TDG”.
On December 11th 2020, TDG completed its acquisition of the Toodoggone assets of Talisker Resources Ltd. including the former producing gold-silver Baker and Shasta mines, the Baker mill, camp and tailings storage facilities, and the Bot and Mets properties.
On December 23rd 2019, TDG signed an earn-in agreement with Arcwest Exploration Inc. to acquire its Oxide Peak exploration project.
